Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days.
If there is an unforeseen delay, we will contact you.

Full Delivery Terms

1. We will process all orders within 1-3 working days. Where there is a delay in the supply of goods, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the goods cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.

2. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.

3. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. (There are some delivery restrictions on where we can deliver and these will be given to you on request.)

4. We only deliver to the United Kingdom at present. We are working towards shipping worldwide, please check back soon.

5. We will deliver the goods following the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery time scales quoted to you are indicative only. Whilst we use only reputable delivery companies we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Privacy

1) This store does collect demographic data and personal data to provide you a better internet experience.

2) Your personal details will remain private and confidential. We will never sell, rent, barter or share your personal details in any way with any other company. All data collected is for our internal use only. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

3) We hate spam as much as you do. We will never send you any unsolicited e-mail. If you choose to subscribe to Elixir's newsletter, you will receive regular e-newsletters from us. Clear unsubscribe details are always shown on the newsletter.

4) If you choose not to receive our e-newsletter, we will only contact you to answer your queries, send you your order confirmation or follow up emails, contact you about any issues with payment or your order & to inform you about changes to your account. We will not contact you by e-mail anytime else.

5) This site does use cookies including targeting cookies and advertising cookies. These cookies collect information about your browsing habits in order to make advertising relevant to you and your interests. They remember the websites you have visited and that information is shared with other parties such as advertisers. For example we use 3rd party companies such as Google to provide you with more personalised adverts when visiting other websites. You can change the settings on your browser to prevent cookies being stored on your computer or mobile device without your explicit consent. Your browser “help” section will normally provide details on how to manage the cookie settings. You can also opt out of customised Google ads by visiting the Ads Preferences Manager.

Security

1) When you place an order on our website, your credit card numbers are encrypted using 128/256 bit encryption by PayPal.

2) Your credit card details are only decrypted after they reach PayPal's systems, where they are then automatically processed and your card charged. They are not held in clear text on any web site so it is not possible for your details to be stolen during a transaction.

3) We at Elixir never receive your complete credit card details or keep such information anywhere in our systems.

Returns & Replacements
  • 28 day returns guarantee

  • We hope you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from our Elixir website. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it unopened and unused within 28 days of the date of despatch.

    The date the items were despatched to you by us will be detailed in the documentation with your order. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging with their labels intact.

  • You must inspect all goods delivered to you immediately on receipt and in any event within three days of delivery.

  • You must within three days of delivery notify us of any alleged defect, shortage or other shortcoming in the goods which shall otherwise be deemed to have been delivered in accordance with your order.

  • If you properly reject any goods which are not in accordance with the contract between us you must nevertheless return the goods to us post-paid.

  • You may exchange the item for something else, subject to stock availability, or receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding any delivery charges).

  • The refund can only be made to the card used when paying for the order. We will email you when the item has been received and will inform you when the credit has been made to your card account.

    This is normally within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in cost of the item and any additional delivery cost. We will tell you what this is so you can arrange payment.

Returns Procedure

  • When returning goods, please include your order number, full name and reason for return.
  • Please wrap your parcel in its original packaging and securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please note we cannot accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit to us. We advise you to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office

In any event damaged, or used items will not be exchanged nor will a refund be made.

Ordering
  • You may browse our website without registering but when you place your first order you will need to register with us and complete certain fields on our order form.
  • You should not disclose or transfer your username or password to any other person and you must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your username and password. Without prejudice to our rights, we may suspend your access to the website without liability to you if in our reasonable opinion such action is necessary to safeguard the website.
  • Before you submit your order you will be given the opportunity to review your selection, check the total price of your order and correct any errors. Your order represents an offer by you to purchase items selected you.
  • If items shown on our website are not available or are incorrectly priced or incorrectly described, we shall not be obliged to sell you the items as shown.
  • We reserve the right to change at any time and without any previous notice the items offered on our website.
  • It is vitally important that you check carefully the quantity of goods that you order from us. We will deliver what you order. Whilst you have a right of cancellation you must pay for the delivery costs back to us.

Telphone Ordering

You may also order from us by telephone. You can ring us on 01926 311107 from Monday to Saturday between 9.30am & 5.30pm GMT, excluding bank and public holidays. If you provide us with an email address, we will follow the same procedures as for internet sales but if not we reserve the right to follow an alternative process, of which you will be advised when you call. In the case of telephone sales, acceptance of your order follows the same procedure as with internet sales. A contract of sale between us is not formed until your order is accepted and payment in full has been received and cleared.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices on the website are quoted in pounds sterling (£). They include VAT payable but exclude delivery charges, which are detailed separately.

Please note that on all orders placed for delivery outside the UK it is the customer's responsibility to pay any import duties that may be applicable for deliveries within their own countries.

We may change the prices on the website at any time and without any notice.

We try to ensure that all prices given on the site are correct. However, mistakes can occur. If we have quoted an incorrect price on the site and if the correct price is lower than that quoted, we will automatically assume that you wish to continue with your order. However if the correct price is higher than that originally quoted, we will contact you to ask if you still want to order the goods.

You confirm that the credit card/debit card that is being used is yours or that you are authorised to use it. All credit /debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery. Furthermore, we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. You should note that your bank or card issuer may charge you as a result of our processing your credit /debit card payment in accordance with your order. naturalelixir.co.uk has no responsibility for such charges.

Viewing Orders
Orders can be viewed by logging in to your account using your e-mail address and password you provided when ordering from us at naturalelixir.co.uk
Passwords can be reset by following the on-screen instuctions and providing your e-mail that is linked to your account with us.
Updating Account Information
You may log-in to your account at any time and change your personal details. e.g. delivery address.
