9 medjool dates
3/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup goji berries
1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds
1 cup dessicated coconut
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 tablespoon acai powder
1/3 dried pommegranate
1/4 cup chia seeds
i tablespoon baobab powder
pinch himalayan salt + cinnamon
4 tablespoons Udo's Choice omega 3:6:9 oil
Make sure to remove all stones from dates if they arent already pitted!
How we did it
1. Blend all dry ingredients in a food processor, so the powder is all mixed really well.
2. Add the dates, coconut and omega oil. Continue to blitz to form a sweet and sticky mixture
3. Roll in balls and coat in chia seeds | baobab | pommegrante | coconut. Get creative!
4. Set a side in the fridge or freezer until firm!ELIXIR TIP: if you do not like the crunch from pommegranate seeds, add some concrentrated goji berry or cherry juice for extra beautifying powers and no bits!
